Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your medication in a number of ways:pill_bottle

  • In person - use your repeat slip ensuring that the items you require are clearly ticked. There is an internal post box in the foyer of the surgery.
  • Post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back;
  • Fax - to 01752 862075
  • Online – via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to provide identification in person at the surgery prior to an account being created.

For security reasons we are unable to process orders over the phone.

Dispensary

We dispense to most patients, except those who live within one mile of a chemist in which situation drugs must be dispensed by a chemist.  The dispensary staff are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00 for collection of medication.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
