You can request a printout of your vaccination history from reception (please allow 48 hours before collecting). We recommend that you obtain up to date information from the traveller's website or

You will be informed of any vaccinations you require including those available on the NHS. Cholera (in special circumstances), Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio, Hep A and Typhoid are available to travellers as part of the NHS regime, therefore if you need a booster of any of these, we can provide this.

Please remember to leave enough time to have your immunisations prior to travelling - at least three months is advisable.

Please make an appointment with the Practice nurse, 10 minutes for 1 vaccination, 20 minutes for 2 or more. Please bring a print out of the vaccinations that the travel clinic has recommended.
